Tufu Recis was born in 4517 B.C. in the city of Felica. Tufu Tu, the father of Tufu Recis, had spent his reign building Felica into a fortified city with every modern convenience and constructing capital cities for the Tufan Counties, which he had set up in the conquered lands.
Tufu Recis was not eager to follow his father’s examples and, instead, began a military campaign against the Pagans of the North who lived in what would later be southern Dannunifius. Tufu Recis left the administration of the Empire to his brother Hectu.
Tufu Recis added five Counties to the Tufan Empire in southern Dannunifius. These counties are referred to as the Recian Counties.
Tufu Recis returned to Felica with his most elite warriors and ordered a monument build in the center of the city to commemorate the victories. Hectu ordered a similar, smaller version of the monument to be built in every county capital.
In Shandervir, according to ancient tablets, Tufu Recis put down a rebellion. It was then that he appointed his best warriors to be Counts, lords of the county. Hectu was slain during a similar up rising in Felica. Rumors pointed to Pagan agents in the west.
The ancient tablets indicate that “the mightiest army” was raised and Tufu Recis led it to conquer the lands of the west.
Tufu Recis died in this offensive and Hertorius Tufu, son of Hectu, completed his uncle’s war and added seven additional counties to the Empire, these are called the Hectorian Counties.
Tufu Recis died in 4464B.C.
